How does usage work?
Every run uses part of your usage for the month, and so does every follow-up on a result. How much depends on the job. A bigger task, a tool that does more work or a longer back and forth uses more, so it can vary from one run to the next. Once a run finishes, you can see the share of your month it used under Usage in your account. A bar shows how much of this month's usage is left. It starts full each time your month resets.
What happens if I run out before the month ends?
You can add extra usage from your billing page, move to a bigger plan, or wait for your usage to reset on its renewal day.
What is extra usage?
Usage you buy on top of a paid plan. It is used only after your plan runs out, it does not reset with your plan, and it keeps for 12 months.
Can I switch or cancel?
Any time, from your billing page. A plan you cancel runs to the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if a run fails?
It does not count toward your usage. You do not need to ask.
